Customer Review: An Organic Alternative to Synthroid

I took prescription medications for years for my hypothyroid condition. They constantly had to be adjusted and I was still tired all the time, had pasty skin. And I also had the negative side affects of taking chemical remedies for health problems.

6 years ago, I changed to the Natural Sources Raw Thyroid. I have never had to have an adjustment, my skin isn't pasty and I don't have any of the other problems associated with hypothyroidism or the side affects of Synthriod.

A word of caution to anyone considering using this product to lose weight......

If you don't already have a thyroid problem and are considering using this to lose weight, make sure you have your thyroid checked first. You can actually do damage to the thyroid gland by taking hormones that you don't need. When hormones are introduced into the body by means of a tablet, the thyroid gland itself will slow down its own production of the gland. You can do serious, irreversible damage to your body if you don't actually need to take a thyroid replacement product, even if it a natural, organic product.
