Before I found out I was pregnant, I was taking a womens one a day. They were way too big and I had chop it into about three pieces before I could swallow. When we got the news, my husband went out and found the prenatal petite pills hoping the would be easier for me to swallow. We were surprised on how much smaller they were in comparison to the womens one a day. I was also happy when it went down with little effort. The taste is not all that pleasing but only having to swallow three small pills, small when compared to other prenatals, makes up for it. So far no problems when taking them. They are pretty much exactly the same as the Rainbow Light Prenatal One, just in a smaller form.
