I ordered this product on August 24. I did not receive it until Sept 7. On Sept 3, I ordered the real thing from another amazon seller. I received both filters on the same day. Great people to work with if you have any questons or issues. Filter is exact OEM quality and material, works prefectly, and is quite easy to install (about 15 minutes). Remember to replace more frequently depending on use. On large homes, it's always cost effective to replace every 90 days to maintain maximum efficiency with your HVAC system - especially if you have an integral humidifier.
