They are all nice and responsive before they have your money, once your money is in their account the service is not at all helpful. My item did not work when I received it. I did not open it immediately as it was a gift for a family member's birthday, I emailed the company, I got a very rude and abrupt response informing me that my warranty had expired and that I should just contact the manufacturer. I was very upset, I did not purchase the item from the manufacturer, why should I contact them. I will NEVER purchase anything from Vanitytech ever again. I am now stuck with something which does not work.
