Product Review: Mouth Ulcers?

I suffer from mouth ulcers. I read a review on Super Lysine Plus on-line and thought what do I have to lose. I ordered the Super Lysine the summer of 2007 and have continued to reorder. I have been very pleased with the product. It takes a while for the product to build-up in your system, but in the past six months I have only experienced four mouth ulcers. For me that is really, really good. I am a school teacher and usually by November my immune system is worn out. By that time I am susceptible to sinus infections, bronchitis, etc. and then my recurring mouth ulcers appear. This winter, so far, has been the healthiest in many years. I attribute most of my good health this winter to the Super Lysine Plus.Product Review: Super Lysine plus

Seem to work great: I love that it's Lysine AND vitamin C along with garlic and other healthy nutrients.

If you get cold sores, taking this product every day will drastically reduce the likelihood of getting an outbreak. I've been taking it for a number of years, and I've found that I get significantly fewer cold sores when I'm taking it than when I'm not. It also has the added benefit of boosting your immune system and making it less likely that you get sick in general. While other brands of L-lysine are ok, this one is my favorite because it contains other immune-boosting ingredients. If I take this product immediately when a feel a sore spot on my mouth, it heals quickly and doesn't turn into a cold sore. It's great to help if you bite your tongue and burn it with something too hot. If you use immediately for several days they heal right up. I usually take two every few hours at first and then cut back to one several times a day until sores heal.Product Review: tastes bad

I don't know if they are really boosting my immune system as I can hardly force myself to take them. They have a really bad taste, you need to swallow them as quickly as possible and it is better to take with juice than water so the flavor can be covered up some.
