Customer Review: Works great, but leaks

After using the heat pack the first time, I noticed some salt crystals were forming on the outside of the pack around the top edge. Over a few days the solution has very slowly been leaking out of the pack. Too bad, it worked great. I bought this one over some of the cheaper alternatives because it "appeared" to be well made. Oh well. My suggestion is to go with one of the cheaper brands. At least if they leak, they didn't cost as much.
