My son started suffering from migraines over a year ago. After much research I decided to try this product.
He had unbearable migraines about twice a month.
After starting this supplement his migraines were virtually gone! He had a few threatening to start (aura, numbness) but they never amounted to anything. He would get an occasional bad headache but certainly not a migraine.
Well over the past few months he started slacking off, and only taking his migrelief sporadically , wouldn't ya know the migraines have returned full force, complete with vomiting.
we have started again and this time sticking with it.

I have been taking this product for almost a month- twice a day per Doctor's suggestion for my Migraines. I have not seen any change in my pain level or of the consistancy of my migraines.
I don't know how long you are suppose to take this supplement before it gets into your system,but as of yet, it is not working for me.

I have frequent migraines -- mainly severe. I have used this product for a couple of years. Although it may be my imagination, the product has not stopped my migraines, but they are less severe/painful.Product Review: Migrelief Works for me

Having gone through 20 yrs of migraine/tension headaches with no relief but through prescription meds that were both expensive and had undesireable side effects, this has worked for me. I get these for my daughter. She says they work well to relieve the discomfort. They don't completely eliminate it, but make it so you don't really notice it. She is quite happy with it.
