LOVE this product. I feel such a difference and I feel more relaxed than usual. I take it at night and it helps me fall asleep. I stopped taking it for a while and the migraines came back and when I started it again I feel calmer instantly. My circulation has improved in days of restarting. Anyone who has one migraine a month or more should take this product! I am a nurse and do not like to take medication. The neurologist I spoke with said the standard treatment is topamax (bad side effects) or a beta blocker (not a good class of drugs to take unless you have heart problems).Product Review: It worked for me

I have been getting head aches for about 10+ years now and this has really helped me. I still get the head aches but not everyday like I did before. I did not want to take a daily prescription so my doctor recommended this to me and I would recommend it to anyone who has head aches.Product Review: It works!

This product really has been extremely effective in reducing the duration and severity of my headaches.
The key to it's effectiveness is that it must be used as directed - that is you must take one pill two times a day for at least several weeks before you start to notice an improvement in your symptoms. ( I take 3 a day.)
I have been using migrelief for over a year and my once dibilitating headaches are now infrequent and are generally quite managable when they occurr. (From time to time, however I still get a bad one.)
Although not advised by the seller I have found that I benefit if I take a larger than recommended dosage when I feel an episode coming on.
In brief, I cannot overstate how beneficial this product has been for me.
I consider anyone with a migrain problem foolish not to give it a try.

Folowing a concussion in January, my husband developed daily headaches, including some that progressed into migraines (with and without auras). For the past ten months, I have been desperately looking for answers to help him and I'm happy to report that this product has started to make a difference. About three days into taking it, I noticed that he looked less stressed and was smiling again. At the end of each day I would ask him about his headache pain, and he reported that he had either had a mild headache, or had gone for hours during the day without pain. We have changed nothing else in his routine other than adding this product. I have him taking two tablets in the morning and one around lunchtime. Yesterday - he went the entire day without a headache and said he felt "really good" all day. We have noticed no side effects whatsoever. I definitely recommend this product.
