This product did everything the other reviewers said. It has reduced my migraines substantially along with making the daily annoying "tension" headaches disappear after just a few days of starting it. I take it as directed, 2 tablets a day - one in AM and the other in PM. I have tried other "natural" remedies for my migraines but none have achieved the relief like this one has.Product Review: Fewer headaches

I have experienced fewer headaches since taking this supplement. Generally, I take one a day. If it's a particularly headache prone time for me (stress, weather changes, cycle changes, etc.) I will take two per day. Migrelief, in combination with Migralex, has helped me quite a bit with my headaches. I have headaches that can last for days and which can cause me to miss work. That has happened fewer times since taking Migrelief and, when I get a headache, Migralex. These are a more affordable option for me than the prescribed triptan medications and are about as effective, if not moreso. (My headaches vary frequently as to cause, type and severity so there is no norm for me.) The combination of Migrelief and Migralex have worked for headaches Imitrex did not.Product Review: Hard to believe, but it works

I have been taking Migrelief now for about three months and in the third month, it started working. I get migraine headaches for 3-5 days straight during my cycle for the past 2+ years. Prior to that, I got migraines without reason all of my adult life, not associated w/my cycle. Many trips to the doctor, neurologists, MRIs, different meds, therapies, etc., and finally came to rely on Maxalt when I would get one. That worked, but it still knocked me out. My NP recommended Migrelief. I tried it as recommended on the bottle 2X/day and reviews said to be patient, indicating it may take 2-3 months. I was patient and in the third month of faithfully using it, I had NO headaches with the onset of my cycle. Truly a miracle because I've been a migraine sufferer my entire adult life. My neurologist says that I do not have traditional migraines, do not suffer auras, or sensitivity to light, etc. Mine today are very much tied to my hormones. You must be diligent and take it 2X/day. We purchased this product for my wife that has had migraines for 38 years. My sister told me about a product called Fever Few..I looked on line and found that a study was done in NY for people with headaches and they found that magnesium and niacin were needed for people with migraines.This product has those plus fever few and she has only had 1 headache in over 3 weeks and We think that it was caused by a sugar binge the night before. We started out with a 30 day supply and its about gone.We have ordered a 60 day supply yesterday.I never would have believed it but it works and works well. I also read amazons reviews of this product before we bought and found that it worked for most people.That is why I am writing this one.If you are like me you dont believe most of what the companies claim their product will do.
