I think there are basically three qualities a tissue should possess:
1) To not leak snot through to your hands
2) To not rub your nose raw
3) To not leave tissue fuzz all over your nose, lips, and face
Puffs are fine for the first two of these, but utterly fail in number three. It's so bad that I only use these tissues at my home. If I'm in the car or out somewhere I either use another brand, toilet paper from a public restroom, or nothing. You shouldn't have to blow your nose and then wonder if your face is still presentable.
Puffs is a descriptive name for these because they leave puffs of tissue particulate everywhere they touch your face. Buy something else.
