I have now bought 2 of these. My young son and I have some motion sickness - not severe but awful enough to make us miserable. These really do seem to help with mild-moderate turbulence; we survive without medication. With severe air turbulence, it isn't enough for us and we do resort to medication. These work just as well for us as sea bands. Pros of this is that you can wash your hands while wearing it and there's no elastic to wear out. Cons compared to sea band is cost and bulkiness in my purse.Product Review: Works Great!

My husband is a pilot and would get motion sickness in the plane. Since wearing the bands, he has not felt any sickness at all. These are really worth buying. They work great!Product Review: got sea sick anyway

I saw the PSI Wristband in the Oprah magazine. I thought if Oprah liked it it must work. Bought two sets(one for myself and one for my husband),we put them on before we left the house for our cruise. 12 hours into the cruise I had motion sickness, was sick for 1 day and then started taking a motion sickness pill. Took the bands off and threw them away.
