It's like tylenol, you'll still have a headache but the pain gets more tolerable or goes away. With these bands, my stomach may still be upset, but I don't feel horrible nauseous. These have been a life saver. I have PKD and a side effect is horrible nausea. I couldn't go to work for about 3 days until I purchased these. Obviously these are not going "cure" your nausea.. but it definitely helps. They might be a bit uncomfortable at first until you adjust them to your liking, but they're worth every penny. They've made a HUGE difference in my life, I wouldn't be able to stand walking around all day (I work in IT for a hospital, there is NEVER a dull moment here) and I love my job and would hate for something as trivial as nausea to interupt my day to day priorities more than it already has.

Psi Bands (pronounced "Sigh Bands") are drug-free wrist bands for the relief of nausea due to morning sickness (pregnancy), motion sickness/travel, chemotherapy, and anesthesia. Psi Bands fit wrists measuring 5 ¼ inches up to 8 ¼ inches in diameter. Wear two at a time - 1 on each wrist (2 come per package).
