OK, the ad is hokey and so is the packaging. There were lots of testimonials and I had my doubts--many many doubts. But for $20, what the heck. I decided I would give it a two box trial. That was one box and 13 days ago. Please understand that routinely I have to get up at least once during the night. Once in a while have a free night, but it is uncommon. You can set the clock by me: 3 a.m I am in the bathroom. But not for the last 11 out of 12 nights. Nothing else has changed: not my diet, not my routine. Only the tea. It may not work for everybody, but there is no question in my mind that it has worked for me, much to my amazement. I don't know why. I don't care. I am delighted. If it fails me down the road I will let you know.
