N-Large 2 is a great product for anyone looking to add some solid muscle fairly quick. I love mixing it a little thicker so it's like a malt. You can feel it coate your insides with nutrition. I have a hard time gaining weight and this product has been great for adding that, just make sure your working out fairly hard if your going to take this product.
