Customer Review: Defective item shipped with no information

The product was shipped without any manufacturer's packaging. It was just dumped into a USPS shipping box with the inflation valve taped to the disc. There were no instructions or other information in the box. The disc would not hold air so it must have had a leak or a defective valve. It was not worth the hassle and expense of returning to Balego. I definitely do not recommend Balego.
