I thought this product was great when I first tried it. Almost too good to be true, in fact. I used to fall asleep in my classes at school and started taking half a pill before class with plenty of water and I was up the whole entire time. (It actually lasts for a good few hours, this is still HALF the pill we're talking about.) The really nice thing about it was that it didn't make me jittery; I was focused the whole entire time and even motivated to work. (If I take a whole pill at once it is a little too much, however; and I'm 6'1" 170 lb) Now here's the downside: After about 6 or so hours, when the caffeine has worn off a good amount, I start feeling anxious. Not like panic attack anxious but it IS a little uncomfortable. The anxiety is amplified by the dosage for me, so this is why most of the time I only take half. And now I only take it when I really need it because I don't like the anxious feeling.
Overall, however, it is a relatively effective product.

I work a night shift and get off in the morning, it's unnatural for the body to be up all night and these come in handy. They give me the energy boost I need to get through hard core workouts. It hasn't given me any of the adverse affects that I've heard about like the shakes and I've been taking them for about two months.Product Review: alert

It works for me. I have adjusted dosage by splitting tabs, as needed. It has allowed me to give up coffee, and the upset stomach that follows, and still stay alert and productive during the day, after an all-nighter with my baby girl. Grateful to have this on-hand.
