Customer Review: Does help, but no instructions on placement

After reading the reviews, I bought these to help with a neuroma. They do seem to help. However, the package includes no information on where/how to position the pads. We had to search online to try to figure it out. Ultimately, when we went to the doctor, he told us that we had it in the wrong place and showed us how to properly position them. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of this lack of usage information.
By the way, the store was great. Sent the product quicky, and with no problems.
