These arch supports are great for plantar fasciitis - help make the pain disappear! I have several pairs to wear under sox at exercise class & at night while travelling. They're not the most comfortable things for daily use but that may be because my size 6 foot is too small.Product Review: re

I bought these after 8 sessions of doctor prescribed physical therapy on my back failed to alleviate some of the numbness/tingling in my legs, and I had taken to the Internet on a hypochondriacal bender to try and figure out what else might be wrong with me. Tarsal tunnel syndrome was a pretty good match for my symptoms (I'm on my feet a ton for work), and someone somewhere had recommended these arch supports as a cheap and easy thing to try before heading back in for more expensive PT. After wearing these basically constantly for a few weeks, my feet and legs feel much better. The one downside is that the skin on my feet under the arch supports has been predictably irritated by being wrapped up so tightly all the time. Of course, this kind of cowboy self-diagnosis isn't the only thing I did, it's just the thing that ended up working best. If you're feeling numbness and/or tingling, make sure to get checked out by a doctor so you know it's not something much more serious.
