A friend suggested this to me, she saw it in a catalog for $30. Glad I came to Amazon and found it FAR cheaper. It does help, I've worn it just a couple of times so far, when it's on, my knee is either painfree or much much less painful than normal. Once it's off, usual pain still applies.
