This is a smaller version of the bigger Priva, so it works great, just needed a bigger one, so I bought 4 of the bigger one. The smaller one, though heavy like the big one, tends to move around a bit more than the big ones. (Can't live without them - they totally protect your sheets when the incontinent briefs leak!)Product Review: exactly what we needed
