I've used the peppermint flavor of this spray for over a year now. There are almost no bad things to say about it.
A quick word about me: I'm a caffeine junkie. But I have to avoid coffee itself as well as carbonated sodas. So I look for other caffeine delivery methods and have tried most of them.
Each spray is about a third of a cup of coffee. To get the most out of it, I tend to take two sprays at a time: one under the tongue, one on the tongue. I let the spray sit in my mouth for a bit before swallowing. Mostly that's to increase the caffeine absorption, but it also helps my breath. I don't usually have halitosis (I hope!) but having nice tasting breath can't hurt.
The effects are pretty quick, usually within just a couple of minutes. It isn't an instant rush, and doesn't come on all at once. But the effect is noticeable and lasting. I don't recommend more than three sprays at a time before you get used to the effects or you might be bouncing off walls and arranging carpet fringe.
The only drawback to this is that the bottles are a bit flimsy and don't stand up to travel or pocket use. I keep one in my backpack for air travel and it will occasionally develop a very slow leak. The good part is that the spray doesn't seem to stain and it smells nice. The bad part is that everything in my backpack would smell like fresh peppermint. So I keep the bottle in a small plastic baggie when traveling (the "snack size" fits just fine). But this is well worth keeping in your pack - take a couple of sprays just before you land and you're ready for your destination!
Overall this is a great product, well worth buying. At the moment Amazon is selling these through Chemical Evolution and I LOVE this supplier. They often send me free samples of other products at no charge, and in a recent order actually included a hand-written note thanking me for my order!
