Amazing product. Before Primal Defense I lived on Steriods and could not work and was barely functioning. I've been taking this probiotic for about four years now and I can move freely again. In my late 50's and early 60's I was becoming crippled with osteoarthritis and the only recommendation I could get from the medical community was ibuprofen 800 mg, which made me so sick and I was getting so I could hardly walk and surgery was recommended in both my wrists for carpel tunnel. Well I did not want surgery and a destroyed stomach so in desperation I started taking Garden of Life's Primal Defense Ultra. Today I can walk, run, move my arms freely and the swelling is gone from my wrists I can even ride my bicycle and I will be 70 soon.
