I bought this on the suggestion of a friend, hoping for some relief to my insomnia. It worked and I slept soundly for three nights. But, I was so tired all day long, every day. Mustering up the energy for my regular activities was so difficult. Following the directions, I cycled out. In other words, the directions say to use it for three days and to stop using it for three days to avoid tolerance. I did that. But, during the cycling out period, I continued to be tired. Additionally, I was so irritable and agitated. I looked online and read similar accounts of fatigue and mood swings. After two days of withdrawal, the fatigue ended and so did the mood swings. I also threw the bottle in the trash. I was glad that I was able to sleep. But, I didn't feel rested and the side effects were too strong for me. Will not ever use it again.
