My Uncle is 86 and these work for him. They are expensive ... however, AMAZON has the best PRICE and they are delivered in a timely manner.

PS ... The only thing that I do not like from an environmental standpoint is that AMAZON double boxes ... they put the diaper box in an AMAZON box where means I recycle two cardboard boxes instead of one ... AMAZON is stil the best source for these great diapers.
Product Review: Great for adult urinary incontinence!

This is an excellent product for adult incontinence, based upon our experience with my wife's 97 y/o mom, whom we've been turning and changing at night for over two years. She is diabetic, which means (in her case, and some others) a lot of nocturnal urination. We had subscribed to the Per-Fit briefs for over a year, but some of them "overflowed" due to the heavy urination. The manufacturer of these briefs, First Quality, recommended the Breezers because of their better absorbency - and they were right! They provided free samples for us to try, so we could evaluate their briefs of different sizes and types.

These Breezers are wonderful, reliable briefs and, along with the Per-Fit briefs, are great to work with because the tapes only stick to the fabric cover of the briefs (not your fingers) and can be re-positioned easily. We have recommended them to others who have elder adults who need changes at night due to urination. We ordered them at Amazon via monthly "subcription," which means we get a good discount compared to ordering each case of briefs individually.

The price is right especially with no shipping fee. And they hold a lot of moisture without leaking.
But the diaper is huge. I checked the package. It says large which is the size we use. So, they are either packaged wrong or sized incorrectly compared to other brands. Also the person who wears them developed a rash. May or may not have been caused by diaper, but we quit using them and it's gone away. I used one of the 4 packages. Wondering if I can return the other 3 packages of these homely bloomers?

These diapers (briefs) are very absorbent. They allow the skin to breathe. My son has not had any rashes since changing to these briefs a few years back. The price is great (I have ordered from other sources) and this is the best buy. I like the fact that I can have a regular order and adjust it as needed. I care for my mother and it took me awhile to find these briefs. They have these great side closure tabs (velco like) that allow you to reclose as often as needed till you get it correct. And the fabric is more cloth like, unlike some of the others that are plastic. There is also elastic around the leg area. I can't say anything bad about the product but I do use a size larger than recommended for my mom's weight.
