Having a lot of trouble getting these to work well. You have to bend and contort them to line up with your ears so you can hear clearly. When I can get them to line up and plug my ears just right they work very well but it takes some patience.Product Review: Low Quality

great for basic use. Perfect for nursing aides or in nursing school. Many students bought very expensive stethoscopes and had difficulty with blood pressures until they borrowed this one. Everyone who did raved that it was the instant fix to passing their check offs. I keep it in the car as a second just in case I forget the one I usually use.
I've had it for a couple of years and would recommend it to anyone -especially as a back up.
