Being a nurse I've used alot of stethoscope and for the price the Prestige Clinical Cardiology Stethoscope has been my best one yet. I can hear very well with this product. I've had 3 Littman in the past that I was very disappointed in. I knew the Littman Cardiology Stethoscope was good but to pricey so I decided to try this one based on the good reviews. I'm very pleased and would purchase this product again.Product Review: Works!

I don't have much basis for comparison, but it was terrible to try to learn how to take blood pressures with the cheap stethoscope (and I mean cheap and BAD, not just inexpensive) I replaced with this one. This stethoscope was a godsend: clear sound, and now the option of learning how to hear heart murmurs with the other side. Thank you!Product Review: a good scope

I am a current nursing student and I always had trouble hearing lung sounds and finding my pt.'s PMI using my cheap stethoscope so I decided to buy a better one. I didnt want to spend too much money but i didnt want to invest in something that would eventually need replacing due to poor quality. I was hesitant on this one because it wasn't a littmann but after an hour of research I bought it and I am very happy with my purchace. It is very good I recommend this scope espcially for the price tag!Product Review: from MD with daily use

Better acoustics and finish quality than the hyped Littmann series.
No reason to overpay for Littmann.
Comparable to Littman Cardiology II series in acoustics but without the high price. Would not be fair to compare acoustics to Littman Classic as it (Littman Classic) is not a binaural stethoscope.

I hear much better with this scope than my old Ever Dixie. I can't warn people enough to stay away from the Ever Dixie brand. Fisher Price honestly makes considerably better working scopes. The Prestige is great though. Not too heavy, it has a dot so you know if you are using the diaphragm or bell, and most importantly, it works well! I'm still mastering getting Blood pressures (that is on me and not the scope I think), but I can hear lung sounds great. I recommend this scope.
