I had seen a brief glimpse of this idea on Entertainment Tonight. I don't know if it's the same product that was shown, yet it tweaked my interest enough to look for Kettle Bells for exercise purposes. I found several (weight) sizes available, plus DVDs that could guide me through the use process. It shipped promptly and arrived without a scratch.
It's easy to use - now, to keep it up in a routine!
