The Home Ranger shoulder pulley works very well. I'm using it as a supplement to physical therapy for my shoulder and find that it does the job. It's quiet, stays in place well over the door and is easy to put up and take down. My only slight complaint is that sometimes the rope will slip if you move the handle further up the rope to get a better stretch. Overall, I got what I expected and would recommend this product.Product Review: You need to buy this!

I had shoulder surgery 8 months ago and bought this 3 months into my rehab. I wish I had bought it right away. It has helped with my flexibility and stretching. If you are having surgery, you need to get this to help with your recovery. You will recover faster. Bought this at the recommendation of my son's physical therapist. They work great to help increase shoulder flexibility and stretching. Only complaint would be, for him anyway, is that he pulls down so hard because of lack of strength that the handle wrist straps start to make his hands red. I don't think this would be a problem for most people though. My son had a spinal cord compression and has a lot of tight muscles and spasms and not a lot of hand strength yet. So I'm adapting a little like they do at PT until his hand strength improves. I've used it and think they work great.Product Review: shoulder pulley

This product works the same as those with multiple pulley wheels. Simpler is sometimes better - less chance of tangles and if you're a wheelchair user, you couldn't stand to untangle........
