I have seen a lot of women get pregnant using this product, so I feel confident that it is sperm-friendly like it says (even though I have yet to get pregnant after many cycles using it).
What I don't love about it is that it can get a little sticky over time (in a lengthier session of use) - more so than traditional lubricants can. Adding water helps bring it back to slippery status, but it's kinda a pain. But, I'm sure it's worth it in the end!
