Customer Review: Be sure you have the right size!

I purchased some of these locally, as my doctor recommended them, and was looking for a better price here on Amazon. I went to purchase these and made the mistake of backing up to check a detail - when I went back to the checkout I did not notice that the size of the item had defaulted to a different size. I didn't notice until I received confirmation, and it was to late to make a change. I contacted the seller after receiving them, and they agreed to replace them, and send an RMA tag - never came. I emailed again and they said they were sorry and would send the label right out - never happened. I emailed again and they wrote back that it was my fault - which is correct - but couldn't a solution have been offered? I could have just sent the product back myself. Poor service, and they led me on.
