If I eat one of these bars at 7:30 am after a workout, I am not hungry until lunch, or around 11 AM. The bars taste fine, and if eaten with some kind of drink, won't sit heavily in your stomach. Good Stuff.Product Review: great protein bars

I've been trying a lot of different protein bars to eat after working out and most of them taste nasty. I like the power bar energy bars too, but they don't taste that well and I think you burn off 20 calories just chewing those things.
These bars are much better than those as they aren't like chewing a rawhide dog toy. The flavor is really good and I'm impressed by the good balance between high protein, low calories and fat grams. Taste aside other bars have higher calories or fat with equal or fewer protein.
