I eat a power bar protein plus every morning before I row. I've got a 20 minute commute to the boathouse and the power bar along with a jug of water and I am ready for an intense work out. Additionally, I eat these as an alternative to a cookie or some other high fat, high carb snack during the day. These bars taste good, are packed with the right stuff and get you over those cravings and down points that we all experience from time to time. Grab a box and keep them on hand, you'll be happy you've got them nearby when your hungry. Highly recommend this product.Product Review: Good bar but are better choices

It's a very good tasting bar with 23gms of protein, but is rather pricey. I prefer the Clif Protein Bars which have 20gms of protein and cost much less.Product Review: Good but . . .

I have used the Chocolate PowerBar from a grocery and think it is a great product: highly recommended. The carton of them I got through the mail are basically OK, but seem to be slightly stale, a problem not encountered with the grocery-store purchases.Product Review: Great meal on the go

We have the auto-order set up, on Amazon, and it's less expensive even than local sale prices. We eat these bars often as a breakfast on the go - they fill you up until lunch or later. This is my husband's favorite flavor, I prefer the chocolate peanut butter. Higher i size and therefore calories than some of the other bars, but it does the job if you're hungry and don't feel like sitting down for a meal.Product Review: Not very tasty, but good protein content

I wanted some extra protein for my workouts. Saw these on a gold box special at a great price and I bought them. I really don't like the taste, compared to other high protein bars I have tried, but they had great nutritional benefits. I would not buy these again though, due to the taste for me.
