I purchased this for my wife and she says that relief was immediate.
She is of smaller stature than I so it was good for her.
I, being quite a bit larger than her, felt that it wasn't heavy enough,
and couldn't hardly tell I had it on. Thus the lower than perfect rating.

suffered from ruptured discs in neck. was told by physical therapist posture must improve. although pt, chiro, lmt, exercise, stretching all helped - this item works best (much better than other more expensive aids) I can't praise this item enough - has enabled me to continue to work.Product Review: what was i thinking?
