This works great for thoracic spine posture correction when I am walking, jogging or standing, and is adjustable for very short people. It works a lot less well for me when I am sitting, and am currently trying various posture braces to wear while working at the computer. My alternative is to carry a weighted back pack while standing or trail walking, and this is a lot more comfortable.
Description of Posture Pleaser Support
This product promotes good posture and prevents/relieves shoulder, neck, upper, mid and low back pain by gently keeping the shoulder back when one is in a forward working position, thus maintaining correct spinal alignment. A two or three pound weight (both included) provides a counter balance and placement of the weight at the beltline allows the posture pleaser to double as a lumbar roll. Can be used while sitting or standing.One Size Fits All.
