Customer Review: Can't hold shower head

It took two or three tries to get it to actually stick to the wall. When I finally inserted the shower head, the mechanism to hold it was too small and inflexible. (It's made of hard plastic.) I tried to push the shower head further into it so it would hold, but it just slid back out and fell off. Hubby and I each tried this a number of times; neither of us could get it to stay. We didn't even try to use it with our daughter in the tub because I'm afraid the shower head would have fallen out and hit her. I returned it the next day.
