You can't beat the price of the chair and the carrying case is a nice bonus!! It's very sturdy and very decent for the comfortability factor. My only complaint is that it's not easy to adjust from client to client. The last chair I had was very easy to adjust, but with the chest and head rest connected to the same attatchment makes it very hard; that's what you get for a 300 dollar saving, which for me, makes it worth it. My wife loves this item...It might be one of the best purchases ever. The price is right!
