I am a diabetic and have trouble with dry skin and especially my feet. I find that if I use this product once a day with dry clean socks, I have soft, reduced-calloused feet. It actually helps reducing the callous build-up.Product Review: Dead skin is gone

My husband works in law enforcement and since he wears boots every day, his heels are really rough. This cream is amazing! Any Podiatrist's Secret Cream is the way to go for wanting smooth heels and feet. (we also bought the Heel Cream- don't think it really matters)Product Review: Great Stuff

I love this stuff, works great on cracked feet. My mother in law gave me some and I just thought there was an off chance amazon might have it and I am a little dissapointed that they are not carrying it right now, great prodeuct decent price. This really is great stuff. Like other reviewers, I have tried all sorts of other Foot Creams, but none of them did anything at all for me. HOWEVER, I originally bought it from CosyFeet, but they no longer sell it, as it comes from the USA. I tried several other Companies but they are all in the USA and do not ship to the UK. I also tried Amazon.com but they too said they could not ship it to the UK. It is so frustrating, as they all have it in stock. If anyone finds a UK Company selling it, please let me know!! (I will receive an email if you comment on my Review).
