I was looking for anything reasonable to help with plantar faciaitis. This sock stays on but I rip it off after about two hours, it irritates my toes like a burn on the skin. This is a good product. It greatly relieved my problem in about a week of wearing it at night. The only problem I encountered is that it pinches my big toe such that it hurts in the morning. The pain subsides after an hour or so.
