Almost day one - - very little pain when I first woke up. And, it lasted throughout the day. I've been wearing it for several weeks now and I am almost pain free. When my doctor told me it could take up to 9 months before it got better, YIKES!!! I read someone else's review of this product and decided to give it a try. WOW am I glad I did. I wear an 8.5 woman's shoe and bought the Small. Perfect fit!

Description of Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint - Small

The Thermoskin Plantar FXT has a semi-rigid strap that pulls the toes upward and puts the foot into a slight dorsiflexion position. This gently stretches the plantar fascia so it may heal. The combination of the thermal properties that help reduce inflamation and the stretching of the plantar fascia while sleeping may aid in the treatment of Plantar Fasciitis. The non-slip safety sole has a rubber grip bottom which helps prevent slipping. Size Chart X-Small Small Medium Large X-Large XX-Large Mens 3-5 6-7 8-10 11-12 13-14 15 Womens 4-6 7-9 10-11 12-13 14-15 16 Plantar FXT Sized By Shoe Size, Universal-Left or Right. If measurement falls between two sizes, go up to the next size.
