The smallest one is very easy to insert and quite comfortable but it doesn't stay in place if you move around. The middle size one stays in and feels fine once in, but is very painful to me to insert. I don't see how I will ever get the largest in. I wish this was a set of three with the current middle size being the largest and one available between the small and medium size. I need one in between to stretch me better so the next size up doesn't hurt so much being inserted.
