Product Review: Great product, highly recommended!

I was using earbuds every night before I bought this product. It was irritating as they would fall out during the night and my ears were getting sore. I decided to try the Pillowsonic Pillow Speakers and ordered through Amazon from Dream Essentials. The shipping was really fast, I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday.
I've been using it for a week now and I love it. I started with a pretty flat, old pillow and because the filling was so compressed, I was having a hard time hearing and I could really feel the speakers. The next day I switched to a normal, somewhat fluffy pillow and it was MUCH better. I could hear very clearly and couldn't feel the speakers at all. I can hear fine whether I'm sleeping on my back or on my side with my ear down towards the speaker.
I use my cellphone/pda as an MP3 player and had to buy an adapter from Radio Shack for the speakers, but it was worth it.
This is a great product for the price and I'm glad there were so many positive reviews to encourage me to try it.

Does just what it's supposed to. Sound quality is good. Stays in place. I use a thin pillow and it's just a little lumpy but it actually supports my neck if I place it correctly. It's great watching tv without botherin the wife!Product Review: Great sound, but poorly constructed.

This stereo pillow speaker sounds great, but does not last. The wires used are flimsy and prone to breakage. My first set died, and I must now rewire the second set. Basically all that's inside are two small conventional paper-cone speakers. There must be a better solution.Product Review: Great speaker

I use mine in a Fire Department Dorm and it doesn't bother anyone and I hear it just fine. The sound is good and it has a long cord. It also doesn't drain the battery of my mp3 player. Just what I've been wanting. I've had mine for a year and it still works great.Product Review: Hard to hear

This pillow speaker has to be right up to your ear in order to hear it so putting it under your pillow as illustrated is not the best thing. Suspending it behind your head on the headboard may work better.
