I received this pillow as a gift last year, and recently just purchased one to give as a gift. I highly recommend it, especially if you have neck pain. With this pillow you can adjust the firmness with the amount of water you put in it. I never had any type of problems with my pillow.. and it definitely helps me to get a good nights sleep.

A layer of super-soft, hypoallergenic Dupont polyester fiber floats over top of a water layer and provides outstanding comfort. The water pouch secured to the base of the pillow provides responsive head and neck support. A thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to prevent body heat from being drawn from the head, neck and shoulders.
