Product Review: Was not what I requested

I was very disappointed in that I could not find the correct item number that I wanted (regular sonic replacement head) and therefore they sent me the compact - I don't know what item that number was because I couldn't find any item numbers. I therefore returned the product which I got refunded but it did not include the shipping. I am upset theat I didn't get credit for the shipping and I had to pay shipping to return the item.

I updated my current toothbrush to the "Elite." The one important factor I really like the best is the smaller brush heads. This smaller brush can reach my back teeth very easily. The best news of all, is when I went in to see my dentist a most favorable change had occurred. Gums looked a lot better and their was less plaque!!
These are the ones to buy!!!
Product Review: Who doesn't want new brush-head replacements against their teeth?

I don't know about others, but I get generally excited when I replace my brush-head due to the fresh sensational feeling that scrapes against my teeth. If the cost for brush-heads decrease, I can see this as a popular item. That's why I only give it 4 stars, -1 due to the cost but everything else is great!Product Review: Works great with braces.

I would highly recommend this product if you have braces. The brush head is very small so it gets in between all the hard to reach places. I recently got braces (at 27) and an electric toothbrush is the best choice. Some orthodontists will tell you that you can just use your manual toothbrush but I would disagree. When you have braces you spend so much time flossing, using a waterpik, and your proxy brush that an electric toothbrush just makes the process easier. Also, it cleans your teeth better. The hygienist knew I was using an electric toothbrush because my teeth were very clean.Product Review: compact head works better for me

I like this compact head brush. I've often felt awkwardness maneuvering regular size brush. I guess it was too big for my mouth. Now using compact head brush, and I think I'm being able to brush my teeth better.
