Product Review: Best toothbrush I've ever used

There's a very noticeable difference when using a Sonicare. I previously used an Oral-B automatic and thought that one was great but the Sonicare is much better. You feel the difference, also you don't apply any pressure when cleaning your teeth, basically just guide the brush and it does all the work. The Oral-B doesn't work in the same way.
The sanitizer is also a major plus as I feel like I'm always using a clean brush.
Highly recommended.

Love my new Sonicare! After using your teeth feel like you just left the dentist. Have heard about all the germs that are on your toothbrush so the sanitizer is a great feature. Ok, so let me start by saying I hate brushing my teeth. It was a chore which took time but I did it because I HAVE to (no one wants stinky breath). I've heard so much about different mechanical toothbrushes and I first bought the Oral B version because it was cheaper and I really didn't feel like it was doing much. After brushing with Oral B I'd pass my tongue over my teeth and still feel some "grit". I then bought this Sonic set and let me tell you how much I ENJOY and look forward to brushing everyday (several time a day now). I travel a lot and I love how I can take the toothbrush with the included travel charger and throw it in my bag knowing I will still get the Sonic clean feeling while I'm away from home and don't have to use the crappy manual stuff. Not to mention how I feel "healthier" with the attached sanitizer. I don't know if it truly works or no, but it does make me "feel" like it's a clean toothbrush head during every brush. I can not even imagine going back to manual brushing thank to this great invention!Product Review: Best toothbrush there is ... but it breaks

Update to the below: I've been on hold for 35 minutes and counting, trying to get warranty support for my broken toothbrush. (Figure I may as well write this as I wait.) I guess that gives you an idea of Phillips' customer service...
I absolutely love Sonicare toothbrushes and have used them for nearly 10 years, always getting rave reviews at semi-annual dentist checkups. In short, these are the absolute best toothbrushes for dental care. Every time you use it, you feel like you just stepped out of the dentist's office after a cleaning (except there's no pain!)
When I purchased my Flexcare in September 2009, I'd owned three Sonicares before (two Advances over a several-year period, each lasting 3-4 years, which in my mind is OK, and one of the battery-operated ones for extended travel, since the older models didn't have dual-voltage chargers).
The Flexcare was the best of all of them so far, both in streamlined design, charger size, dual-voltage capability and brush head design.
However, after 11 months, it began turning on by itself in the middle of the night. Within a week, it was completely dead.
I hate to give such a great product only one star, but to pay that much for something and have it last less than a year is inexcusable. We'll see how tough the customer service routine is to get a replacement ...
