Product Reviews of Philips Sonicare Essence E5750 Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrush System with 2 Handles, 4 Brush Heads, 2 Travel Cases ..Product Review: Worked fine...until batteries died... Summary: 2 Stars
These are my first electric toothbrush and I got these given a friend's suggestion. Wife and I used and loved them until the batteries on one of the handles stopped charging after roughly 8 months of normal usage (twice a day one full cycle of brushing)....and then they are not replaceable batteries...so I'm left with a non-working handle and another one that starts to show the discharge blinking light after one of us has brushed
Product Review: Works great, breaks too soon Summary: 2 Stars
I've owned these for at least ten years and it does the job so well it shortens the time I spend getting my teeth cleaned.
However, the last three units I've owned have failed because the on/off switch -- a green rubber button -- has come loose and fallen inside the housing. They seem to last about 18 months before becoming junk. Either the quality control is bad or they've decided to make these break quickly so they can sell you another.
At this point, I'm ticked off enough to consider another brand.
Product Review: great set for sonic care Summary: 5 Stars
I got this because both of us needed a new electric toothbrush but I don't need two chargers. Both of the toothbrushes worked perfectly and I have extra heads for a better price. Using these helps me stay away from the dentist.
Product Review: why did I wait so long? Summary: 5 Stars
The Dental Hygienist couldn't believe the great condition of my teeth. She took only ten minutes for the entire cleaning (6 month cleaning). I'll never go back to manual. If you don't have insurance this is the most important item you'll ever buy for your teeth!
