Product Reviews of Philips Sonicare Elite e7300 Power ToothbrushProduct Review: Even better than my old Sonicare Summary: 5 Stars
I had the Advanced model for years and it finally died. I bought this Elite 9800. I probably would have bought the cheaper 9500, but I got the 9800 for $90.00. They are the same except for the CD. The CD is worth watching once, I found it interesting, but not worth paying extra for. I love this brush even more than the old model. More brushing power, more battery life, lighter to hold smaller to pack. Great indicator on the base for the charging power. With the slimmer brush design it's easier to reach all the back teeth. Someone wrote somewhere than it was weaker, but I don't know how you could say that, it's stronger. I had to use a regular toothbrush for 3 days before I got this and I swear I don't know why anyone would not want to buy one of these. I give it 10 big stars and so does my dentist.
Product Review: Everyone should have one! Summary: 5 Stars
I can't wait to go to the dentist so he can see what a wonderful difference it makes when using a great toothbrush system. I don't know why I waited this long before purchasing this. Great product and it really cleans and whitens your teeth!
Product Review: Everyone should own one - I'd give it more stars if I could! Summary: 5 Stars
Never thought I'd say this about a toothbrush, but the Sonicare Elite has got to be one of the best purchases I've ever made. I had always thought that it was just a gadget made for people who had too much money or who simply had to have the latest electronic gadgets. Boy was I wrong! On my dentist's recommendation, I purchased a 7300 about a year ago (at full price, ouch!), and I've never regretted it (even though I hate spending money).
12 months later, I still marvel at how smooth and clean my teeth feel after each brushing. At my last 6-month checkup, my dentist literally exclaimed with joy at the lack of tartar build up, and the cleaning itself was a breeze. She also commented that I must have used my followup Zoom! application at home because my teeth were still a bright white almost a year after the in office Zoom! treatment. But no, the continued whiteness is just from regularly using the Sonicare Elite toothbrush (with Crest's Rejeuvenating Effects toothpaste, if anyone is interested).
Furthermore, I no longer have any gum bleeding or soreness, my gum lines have stopped receding, and heck, it even helped eliminate some causes of bad breath to boot! (Not saying I had bad breath, mind you... :) But, of course, the main reason to get the Elite is because it will make your teeth cleaner and healthier than they've ever been before.
No, I'll never go back to a manual toothbrush. Even though it's pricey, the Sonicare Elite is easily worth it. If you care about your teeth and want to keep them for the rest of your life, get the Sonicare Elite. I imagine the 7500 will give you similar results to the 7300, so it just comes down to deciding whether or not to spend the extra bucks for some cute lights. Personally, I don't think the LEDs are worth it. Go with the 7300, and you'll never look back. Just make sure to clean it as per the maintenance instructions and you'll be happy with it.
Product Review: Excellent Summary: 5 Stars
I was used to the battery operated Oral B cross-action toothbrush but when i decided to give this a try, it changed the way i looked at my cross action toothbrush. It was that much better and my teeth definitely has this sensation after I brush my teeth.
Product Review: Excellent Toothbrush Summary: 5 Stars
I had an old Sonicare for almost 5 years and the battery ... out on me, so I decided to get a new one. I didn't know about the Elite until I went to buy it. I've had it for almost a week and it is defintely better than my old one. My old Sonicare did not have the Quad Pacer feature which this does and I like it a lot. I also really like the new thin, angled brush head and I believe the claims that the Elite is 20% more effective than older models. My teeth almost feel like I just had them polished after brushing. If you are looking to replace your old one or want to get an powered toothbrush I would recommend.
