I have been using [[ASIN:B00008BQVM Philips Sonicare Advance (A-Series) Replacement Brush Head, Standard (2-Pack)]for two years now and I have had great dental checkups. My dentist recomends these tooth brushes and my teeth get cleaner. I would recomend these tooth brushes and they are less costly online at Amazon.com. My husband has been using them for many years now and he has had zero cavities. Try them I think you will like them.Product Review: Package labeling has changed!

I very much like the Philips Sonicare E-Series toothbrush & brush heads and will continue using it/them.
That said I noticed something about the package labeling:
Sometime after August 2007 Phillips changed the package labeling.
The labeling _used_to_read_ "Replace every six months:"
Now the labeling reads: "Replace every three months:"

This replacement head is not the original size. It is quite a bit smaller. That can be good for getting to the back teeth. No issue on that factor. But the plastic cover is very tight, and since I live with cats, I want my toothbrush head protected. The stem of the brush has some pivot capacity, which I never noticed on previous models. So when I push on the cap, I worry about what I am doing to the pivot part.

These brushes fit the Sonic Advance handle and are a substantial improvement over the Advance replacement brushes. One feels the difference immediately. I will never purchase another type of replacement brush head. Amazon had by far the best price. Highly recomend.
