I bought this after a friend's recommendation. However, it was most recently recommended by my endodontist as the best brush out there. It has a two minute timer, and the gentle brushing is so relaxing that I often kick it off for another cycle after 2 minutes expires. What other brush can say that? ! ? The replacement heads are crazy expensive, so there is absolutely no economic reason to purchase this over other manual products.Product Review: Sonicare Elite
