The Sonicare unit has proven to be so valuable in our dental care I want to have extra heads on hand for ease of replacement when the time comes to do that. These are pretty good. I like that they come with different colors so everyone gets their own. The head of the brush is a little big, but they come in smaller models, so you may prefer that. The part inside the sleeve gets "gunky" after a while, but you can throw it into the dishwasher (silverware tray) if that happens. You can go a LONG time between replacements, but eventually (months and months) one of the magnets in the bottom will get unglued.Product Review: Great
