Please advise Sonicare that when we received the toothbrushes, we pluged in the Sonicare Unit and it will not start, so we must cancel the every 6 month contract to send new toothbrushes, until we can purchase a new Sonicare Unit.
Please advise how I can contact them direct or if you can let them know for us.
